Letter to Members

Wednesday, August 3, 2022 Members – I have great news! The Baltimore County entitlement approvals for the Chase Bank parcel at Reisterstown Road granted by the Hearing Officer were not appealed. The deadline for any appeal has passed. Our team will now move forward with finalizing construction drawings, and pricing out the work. The Club is required to perform, and start construction later this year. Hopefully, Chase Bank should be open and start paying the Club ground rent by about this time next year.
