Architectural Renderings Land Sale

Woodholme Members, We are happy to report that the initial kickoff meeting with Lennar occurred last week. At the meeting, we all agreed to make every effort to complete the approval process on an 11 month schedule. While that schedule is very aggressive, we all believe that such a schedule can be met. A timeline of events is being developed and we will keep the membership apprised of the status of those events and where we are on the timeline. If during the process there is anything that occurs which could extend the timeline, we will let everyone know.   We have also attached copies of the architectural renderings to provide our members with pictures of what the Lennar products will look like. We hope you find them to be the top quality product that we do. Also the site plan is being reconfigured to allow for the addition to the current number of 1st floor master bedrooms.
