Letter from the Golf Professional

Letter from the Golf Professional
April 13th, 2018

Woodholme Members,
Starting today, the golf shop will be implementing a new policy for golf cars. We will be changing the process of how a member or guest acquires the golf cars for the day. In the past, the keys for the golf cars were kept in the car as they were staged in front of the golf shop. We will now keep the keys inside of the golf shop for several reasons. Each member will have to come into the shop to be handed the key and they will have to sign the chit for charging purposes.

The reasons for this new process is to have better records for club charging purposes, it will allow us to track rounds played on our course, and we will also avoid having any golf cars taken from the staging area without our knowledge. This is a very common practice in the industry and will allow us to serve our club, its members, and our guests better than it has in the past. I appreciate your understanding for this small adjustment and the reasoning behind it.

With Best Regards,

Michael Anthony Wade
